Frequently asked questions
Does this guarantee an Amazon-compliant main image?
No. The preset controls canvas size and export settings. It cannot verify product fill, background purity inside the photo, category-specific rules or whether the photo accurately shows the item. Check the linked Amazon guidance and inspect your export.
Does white padding remove the photo's existing background?
No. White is added to unused canvas space and transparent pixels. The background already photographed inside the image stays visible. Use suitable source photography or a separate background-removal workflow when required.
Can I change the quality without losing the selected canvas?
Yes. Quality controls keep the platform size selected. For PNG, choose Smart compression or Keep exact pixels; the selected canvas still applies.
What if I need custom dimensions instead?
Choose Custom size in Platform size. The normal maximum-width, maximum-height, percentage and original-dimensions controls return. For an existing batch, use Apply & re-compress before downloading the changed result.
